CrossFit Mantra Yoga

CrossFit Mantra is very excited to offer CrossFit Mantra Yoga, which is open to members and non-members alike. Lead by Christina Caruso, our yoga program is a great way to begin improving your fitness and can help make good athletes better. The CrossFit Mantra yoga program is designed to improve your flexibility, balance, muscle endurance, and kinesthetic awareness. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or new to the yoga scene, our yoga classes will make you a better athlete by improving your overall strength and mobility.  Yoga sessions are free for CrossFit Mantra members and available to non-members in packaged rates.
