1. Try It Free! The Intro Session

Don't worry...We've been there. You walk into a new fitness facility, and just get thrown in to group classes and you are expected to fend for yourself.  Or you sign up for a groupon, and you are rushed through over crowded "on ramp" sessions that are only offered at the time no one else wants to come to the gym....

Not here at CrossFit Mantra!

We won’t just throw you into the fire without teaching you what you need to know. In fact, to do the exercises safely and correctly, we believe it’s critical you learn the basics.

You’ll start off with a free one-hour intro session with one of our CrossFit Coaches. We’ll ask you about your goals, exercise history, medical history, special interests and concerns. We’ll teach you, what CrossFit is, then guide you through a workout, tailored to your fitness and skill level. If you prefer, bring one or two friends to try it free, too.

2. CrossFit Mantra Custom Elements

The CrossFit Mantra Custom Elements Sessions are different than many "on ramp" or large group onboarding programs.  Our new 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 Custom Elements programs are designed to expose the new members of our community to our fundamental movements.

Our coaches will provide instruction and progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group class sessions.  Our 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 Custom Elements Sessions consist of a total of 9 sessions that can be scheduled at your convenience across a 4 week period of time. 

During these sessions the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit are taught.  The 9 movements are: air squat, front squat, overhead squat, deadlift, sumo deadlift highpull, clean, press, push press, and push jerk. We will also cover our normal warm up.  In addition, members will be introduced to things like proper kettlebell training technique, proper rowing form, pull ups, rope climb technique and a number of movements that are part of our regular workouts.  Whether you have been sedentary, generally active, or athletic, our Custom Elements Sessions are tailored to prepare you for technical proficiency that is a prerequisite for our CrossFit group workouts.

All members new to CrossFit must complete all of the sessions before being able to participate in our regular group workouts.  If you have been an active CrossFitter for some time, and believe you have the fundamentals down, please call or email us and we can set up a time for you to come in for an evaluation.

The cost of the CrossFit Mantra Custom Elements Sessions are

1 on 1: $300

2 on 1: $200 per person

In less than a month you will see improvements in strength, stamina and cardiovascular/respiratory endurance!

Upon completion of our Custom Elements Sessions, all participants become eligible to continue their training at CrossFit Mantra!


3. Join Group Classes

Once you have completed our Custom Elements Course, you are now ready to jump in the group WOD’s!
