CrossFit Mantra CrossFit Kids
Not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, our CFM Kids program is CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population. Mantra Kids is the principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletes and the primary P.E. program for many home schools, and charter schools. Mantra Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for any participant at any level. Our program is divided up based on age, skill level, and athletic ability - initially, kids are divided up based on age: 5 yrs to 8 yrs, and 9 yrs to 12 yrs.
